The Role:

We are looking for talented IT support engineers to identify and solve the users’ issues with a passion for getting things done.

Each member of the team works as a technical advisor by solving the users’ critical problems, explaining them and working with the development team to prevent further issues.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for addressing and fixing issues.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS and virtualization technologies.
  • Ability to understand complex IT infrastructure and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Good understanding of the incident management process.
  • Excellent in customer service and problem-solving skills.
