  1. Hello Zilicamina,

I did not know that Zemana had a blog until I saw someone mention it at the MalwareTips Forums, a WordPress powered blog it seems which is even better (I could be wrong, I am a blogger, and this seems WordPress powered), that is good.

Thank you for sharing a roadmap, I think that real-time browser / internet protection would be nice, with protection against: malicious (exploits, malware, et cetera) and grayware (spam, scam, phishing, adware, spyware, et cetera) et cetera websites and other internet based threats; if it could compete with the Malwarebytes Extension, Kaspersky, Fortinet / Forticlient, Microsoft Edge / the Windows Defender Browser Protection extension, K9 Web Protection, Google Safe Browsing, Bitdefender / the Bitdefender Trafficlight extension et cetera in this protection that would be great.

    Thank you,
    -John Jr

    1. Hi John!

Yes, we have always had a blog but we switched to WordPress several months ago. We are happy you like it. The reason why we shared a roadmap is to give our users like yourself a clearer picture of what they can expect from the product. I have passed your suggestions to our development team, they will take it into consideration. Thank you so much for your interest and support, it means a lot to us! πŸ™‚

      1. Hello Arnelahajdarevic,

Thank you for answering that, and I am glad that you are using WordPress.

I think that is good, and I am surprised that more companies do not provide roadmaps for their products.

Thank you very much, and you are welcome.

        Keep up the good work,
        -John Jr

    2. Hello,

Yes they use WordPress version 5.0, and they should upgrade to 5.0.2.

      1. Hello Adam,

Thank you for responding, if that is correct, then they probably should try to stay up-to-date with their WordPress versions (especially for security reasons).

        -John Jr

  2. Siniőa Sinković December 18, 2018 at 1:53 pm

Suggestion: Remove “Renew Now” button in GUI when Lifetime license is active.

    1. arnelahajdarevic December 18, 2018 at 2:46 pm

      Hello SiniΕ‘a!

Thank you for your feedback! We agree that the Renew Button is unnecessary in such cases, so we are already working on fixing this matter. πŸ™‚

  3. I ran a test with ZAM 3.0.500

seems to work. false positives i simply added to the whitelist, and it doesn’t bother me about them any longer.

there is a exclude file or folder. but i only did exclude file seeing as it was only 1 item in the folder i needed to exclude for.

real time protection is not available yet so can’t test that.

i like that there are option toggles, so i can enable or disable
e.g. promotional messages and auto upload.

the app has a simple yet practical clean layout with all the necessary options and UI elements.

Only thing i would suggest you can improve on atm, is the reports. When you open a report it shows a window, thats fine…. but how about when you want to share your results with others? it would seem you need to screenshot or perhaps select the text then copy to a txt or something. Wouldn’t it be simple to add an export button to export as a txt file or something? it’s a really small thing, but i was surprised this was not there.

    anyway thats my comments for now :}

    1. arnelahajdarevic December 24, 2018 at 3:39 pm

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are very happy to see you so engaged and excited.

Real-time protection, is the feature that will be implemented right after we implement full and custom scan, so you should be expecting it soon. We are working really hard on it.

Regarding the UI, we are very happy to hear you like it because we wanted to make it as simple and as effective in meeting our users’ needs as possible!

Regarding reports, we have now switched to html based reporting because it opens up many opportunities. Later, we will work on enhancing the experience by adding sharing functionality.

Should you have any other comments or questions, you can always send feedback via UI and ZAM product owner will be happy to answer them. πŸ™‚

  4. Hello zilicamina,
I guess that new Zemana antimalware will be included in Zemana antilogger.

    1. arnelahajdarevic December 24, 2018 at 2:08 pm

      Hi Vaso!

At the moment, our focus is on Zemana AntiMalware. All plans that we have for Zemana AntiLogger will be shared with our users in due time. Please know that all your feedback will be passed on to our technical team because we truly appreciate your suggestions and interest.

  5. The User Interface Is Simple But We Can’t Say It’s A Good Choice To Use This Type Of User Interface In Terms Of Appearance, The User Interface Can Be Better.

    1. arnelahajdarevic December 24, 2018 at 3:04 pm

      Hi Bishwas!

We really want to work closely with all of our users in improving our product, so thank you for sharing your feedback with us! Can you, please tell us what you had in mind and what changes would you like to see?

      1. # Animation/Transition Effect
        # Dark Mode
        # Better Icons In User Interface
        # Integration Of Virus Total Interface While Giving Reports.

      2. I took a note of these and showed them to the developers; we all agreed that these are great suggestions. At the moment, we are focused on the core features but as soon as we complete them, we will start working on additional ones and the features you mentioned here will definitely be taken into consideration. Thank you for your help!

      3. Another Thing I Forgot To Mention Is That If You Could Integrate A Sandbox Environment In ZAM,
        It Would Be Better.

  6. Maybe combine an anti keylogging\webcam\mic protection module

    1. arnelahajdarevic December 24, 2018 at 2:38 pm

  7. Paulo Ramiro Nogueira December 22, 2018 at 10:46 am

    Hello everyone,
I know that the focus of the team is to improve the security and usability of this new version, but I ask if possible also to improve compatibility with other security tools. Example: I did the test on my pc and F-Secure asks for uninstall Zemana, I know that F-Secure is annoying at this point …
No more desire success because I really like Zemana.
    Greetings from Brazil!

    1. arnelahajdarevic December 24, 2018 at 2:28 pm

      Hello Paulo!

Regarding the issue with compatibility, it shouldn’t be the case. Could you, please send us feedback about this via product interface, so we can investigate this further. However, we will definitely focus on enhancing compatibility after we implement core features. Thank you for engaging and sharing your opinion! It is of great help to us!

  8. Hello Zemana,

I’ve had a Lifetime for my android phone since I’m a beta user, Are you planing to do the same thing here to encourage more people to participate?

    Thank you,

    1. Hello Adam!

We will not be offering lifetime licenses anymore. This time we have prepared different set of surprises for our beta users. Stay tuned and soon you will find out what it is all about! πŸ™‚

      1. Hello arnelahajdarevic,

        Thank you for answering that.

I have Zemana AntiLogger installed in my PC, is this beta is going to un install it?

        Thank you,

      2. I have installed it and it seems to me that it doesn’t replace Zemana AntiLogger and there is conflict between them.

      3. arnelahajdarevic December 24, 2018 at 1:59 pm

        Hi Adam!

Yes, ZAM 3.0 and Zemana AntiLogger can be used together on the same PC. Can you, please share with us your experience now that you have tried the product and also tell us what kind of conflict did it cause?

  9. Hello arnelahajdarevic,

So far so good, strangely after running the scan, ZAM 3.0 found one HijackBrowser in the Firefox browser settings!

Although I have Zemana AntiLogger, Kaspersky Total security and Malwarebytes!

I’ve taken a screenshot, How can I send or upload it?

The full scan is not supported yet?

    Thank you,

  10. MD5 :

    1. arnelahajdarevic December 26, 2018 at 4:07 pm

      Hello Adam!

You can always send us screenshots to my email: or you can send feedback via feedback section on the product user interface.

I have checked your other comments as well and showed them to our developers. They are investigating this issue and as soon as I have more info, I will let you know. But before that, can you please make sure if this is False Positive or Malware?

P.S. Full scan feature has not been implemented yet, but it is our focus and you will see it soon!

  11. The content of the file:

    // kl_config_62fbb8f7_c917_4cf7_957a_aad2b8fa768c.cfg
    lockPref(“security.enterprise_roots.enabled”, true);

  12. By the way each time I run Firefox it recreate the file again.

  13. Hi,
If I’m running this Beta, how come this is only a 15 day trial?

    1. arnelahajdarevic December 26, 2018 at 4:16 pm

      Hello John!

15 days free trial is offered by default. We can send you a customized license to your email address.

If you don’t like sharing your email publicly, please contact our ZAM product owner at and he will be happy to send it to you.

      Warmest regards,

      1. Hi Arnela,
Thanks for your reply, I shall do as you suggest and contact Ali.

  14. Two important things needs to be added: 1. Would be very great to add offline updates to the main program, so that in the case of an internet breakdown, i want the ZAM/ZAL to be able to function properly using offline database – this is a big concern for me, since now you are adding a Real-Time module to the program. 2. Second thing i would like to see, is the ability of the user to add/change or/and transfer his licence program from old PC to another PC (a new one or so on…)

    1. Hello Florin!

It is really great to see you want to help us in improving our ZAM 3.0! You suggestions are all valid and good. As I always do, I took a note of them and passed on to our developers, which means your suggestions will be taken into consideration. Soon, we will make all feature requests and our progress regarding them public, so our users will have a clearer picture of what they can expect from the product.

You can also sign up to our Zemana forum and join discussions about ZAM 3.0 or ask any questions that you might have:

  15. Hi,

The program shows a “0 days left” License info. Will it keep working?

    1. arnelahajdarevic January 4, 2019 at 9:42 am

Your current license expired but you can contact our ZAM product owner and he will be happy to send you a customized license, so you can continue testing the product. His email is

      1. Hi and thanks for your replies. Updated to the latest version and it’s showing 15 days now which is pretty good. I’ll email him if the license expires.

  16. Installed the program yesterday because I didn’t know the beta has already started and I’m curious to see the new version.

Played a bit with it, performed several scans, the app runs smoothly on my Windows 10 machine and without any problem.

    1. arnelahajdarevic January 4, 2019 at 9:40 am

      Hello Mounir!

It is really great to see you were excited about the new version and were looking forward to try it. We are also very happy to hear you didn’t experience any issues. However, if you do, please write to us again because any feedback from our users is important to us and highly appreciated during this testing process. Thank you!

      1. Sure. I already submitted a crash report after updating to a newer version.
I hope that the contextual scan feature is in your plans.

  17. Hi. I’m running both ZAL and the new ZAM beta. ZAL’s real time protection seems to be not working and I get each time an error message saying that. Is that because of the beta?

    1. arnelahajdarevic January 4, 2019 at 9:26 am

      Hi Mounir!

Please, click on exit on the tray icon and restart the program. If it still does not work after that, let me know.

      1. That was on my laptop which I can’t use for now. Will check and see later. Just installed the latest version of the beta on another Windows 10 machine running ZAL as well. ZAL’s real time protection seems to work fine now.

  18. Hi,

keep zam 3.0 simple pls no things like this

    # Animation/Transition Effect
    # Dark Mode
    # Better Icons In User Interface
    # Integration Of Virus Total Interface While Giving Reports.

    1. arnelahajdarevic January 4, 2019 at 9:45 am

      Hi Tilo!

Thank you for your feedback! As far as I understood, these are the things you don’t want to see in our new ZAM 3.0?

  19. yes

    1. arnelahajdarevic January 7, 2019 at 4:40 pm

No problem, I passed this on to our developers. Thank you for helping us improve ZAM 3.0! πŸ™‚
